Flips is a **non-custodial interface** to Robinhood Chain. It is not a broker, not a bank, not an advisor, and not an exchange that holds your assets.

Token metadata, prices, holder maps, and safety grades come from the chain, the indexer, and third-party APIs (OpenSea, Relay, on-ramps, and others). They can be wrong, late, or incomplete.

You are responsible for:

- The wallet you sign with.
- The contract you buy.
- The size.
- Taxes and the law where you live.

Nothing on [docs](/docs), the [blog](/blog), or the [FAQ](/faq) is an offer to sell securities or an invitation to use the RWA ticket where it is locked.
